We had a wonderful time at rough river and enjoyed seeing everyone. It was another productive and fun retreat, made possible by all of you with record numbers. Planning for our 31st retreat will begin starting in april.  Rough river is already booked and reservations can begin. Proposals for teaching will go out in April and due by June. We are looking forward to seeing you in March. We hope the weather is perfect for our event. We have been planning and working together as a guild to be able to bring you a record year. We have already had  record numbers of registrations. We appreciate everyone that got your checks in on time. There are a few checks not in and Marilyn has contacted you. If they are not promptly in, your spot will be filled by the next person on the waiting list and you will need to pick another class that is not full.  Please answer your emails or calls from Marilyn about this, check your spam.  Our January and February meeting is dedicated to cutting kits for your goody bag and assembling them, working with rough river in preparation for our arrival.  Thank you for being apart of our retreat. This March 7-9, 2024, WTWKY presents it's 29th annual Basket Weaver's Retreat!

This year's retreat will be at Rough River State Resort Park in Falls of Rough, Kentucky.

I hope you are enjoying looking around at the new site! I have been receiving emails and answering questions. This is new for us so be patient. One of the questions I received was why is the new booklet and registration form for spring retreat not on the site? We have to remember this is now a public site, so with peoples names and contact info in the booklet, I feel we need to have everyone's approval to publish it. If you are interested in the booklet, reach out to me via our new email at the bottom of each page on the site and I will send it to you. Thank you all for visiting and happy weaving! Jinger

29th annual WTWKY retreat was a success! Thank you to all of our guild for helping and everyone that joined us.
We look forward to planning our 30th year to make it special and be able to weave together again.

We are getting close to having our 30th annual retreat booklet in hand. They will be going out in August. If you were at the 29th retreat then you will receive a booklet. If you have a change of address we need to know.  Lots going on right now with preparations, we are excited to be in our 30th year.
